Chicken roll with olives
I really like the bought chicken roulade with olives, but he is rarely in the shops, moreover, is not cheap. I recently bought vecinita and decided to try to cook the loaf in it. After all, a loaf made with your own hands, much more useful. The loaf turns out very gentle and nice with a thin shell of chicken skin. Perfect for sandwiches.
