                        This is the recipe I use for 4 years and everyone who tried the sauce definitely took the recipe. Today most of my friends and family don't buy store-bought ketchups and sauces, and cook "Kuban" in their own kitchens, as IT is wonderful: dense, moderately sweet and very aromatic, with no oil and a minimal amount of vinegar!!! While not over the tomatoes cook, COOKS!

                            Weigh the tomatoes, wash and prepare them to pass through the juicer                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            2 pieces onion medium size mince                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Tomato sauce boil 5 minutes and add the onion paste. Cook on low heat 1-1,5 hours longer vivarium liquid, the thicker the sauce will be!                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Spices such as cloves, allspice and black pepper peas to put in homemade bags. I make them out of cheesecloth: cut into squares and double-layer gauze wrapped each spice separately, knotting to the knots.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Garlic is to crush or chop with a knife and add in boiled mashed potatoes, add salt, sugar, mustard powder, cinnamon powder and bags with spices, vinegar. Cook for 10 min. After which extract the fragrant pouches of sauce!!!                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Spread on a clean sterilized dry banks! Tighten boiled lids! Can't hide! Store at room temperature.
