Vegan rolls
There's this interesting kind of like spring rolls. This thin, delicate rolls of rice paper stuffed with fresh vegetables. This dish is most useful and diet, because rice paper is low in calories. The paper must be soaked in water, it becomes soft and transparent, then it should be quickly screwed the filler and bring to the table. To serve such need rolls with soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Radishes

    3 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.125 plug

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Rice paper

    4 piece

Slice thin strips of vegetables.

Rice paper, place in a bowl of cold water to become soft.

Put the rice paper on a large plate or cutting Board. Put on each sheet of paper vegetables. - Wrap each leaf into a tight roll. - Prepare the sauce. - - Add ingredients for sauce and mix thoroughly. - Serve rolls with a plate of sauce. Bon appetit!
