Gelatin pour 60 ml of water, allow to swell for 30 minutes; then warmed, add fish broth, salt, add curry. Depending on the shape of the broth can be useful more or less, that's what we need potato broth. Fish fillet separated from the bones, put into the form. Pour the jelly, remove the cold.
