Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Oat flakes

  • Persimmon

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

Cooking

Chicken liver cut into two pieces, roll them in oat flakes. Fry in vegetable oil until tender.

Chop the onion half-rings, persimmon cubes or as you like.

Mix olive oil and mustard. On a plate put lettuce, red onion, persimmons and top with chicken liver, pour the sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
