Outdoor cake of puff pastry with vegetables and cheese. Very juicy and tender nadinochka. Come on in and get

Ingredients

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cheese

    125 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Prepare the filling. Leeks cut into rings, wash and dry on a paper towel

Pepper (I have two halves of different colors) cut into slices, tomatoes – sectors

In a small amount of vegetable oil to fry onions 1 minute, stirring

Add chopped peppers, cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally

Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste, chopped parsley for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, let slightly cool

Roll the dough flat bread that it was larger than the diameter of the mold. The mould grease with butter, sprinkle with flour (a bit). To put our layer of dough and gently squeeze the sides of the molds. Scraps of dough to cut with a knife along the edge of the shape

In a large bowl (or saucepan) mix the eggs and cream, a little beat up. Add grated cheese, salt to taste.

Pour into the prepared pan with the dough. Bake in the oven at 200*C for 40 minutes (depending on oven). First warm up for 10 minutes, then cover with foil. And when You see that nadinochka thickens, you can remove foil and brown
