The Sauce
This sauce differs from the first in that cranberry is not pounded, but remains intact. This sauce is served with the dish in a gravy boat, unlike the first embodiment where the sauce is added directly when cooking. This sauce is very fragrant, delicious and beautiful!!! Three in one!!!!

Ingredients

  • Cranberry

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

1. In a saucepan pour the sugar and pour water. Boil, stirring, 5 min.

2. Cranberries do not grind, and get ready quickly pour in the syrup.
