Khachapuri
There are so many variants of this dish, I offer You mine. Very, very, well, very tasty! Preparing is not as fast as I like, but it's worth it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vodka

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Margarine

    1 pack

  • Cheese

    2 piece

  • Butter

    125 g

Cooking

Take 2 eggs. Separate the yolks from whites, beat yolks.

Add vodka, a pinch of salt, stir. Soda Gasim vinegar added to the egg yolks. Add cold water, stir. And gradually add 3 cups flour.

Knead the dough consistency as the noodles, ie, adding more flour as needed.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer, it is three on a coarse grater margarine (not the whole pack!!!).

Fold the layer in half, lightly roll out again to three margarine. Repeat until, until you have a square (or rectangle), which shall be not less than 8 layers.

Put our dough in cellophane and leave in the fridge for 3 hours.

Make the filling: beat 2 eggs, pour in the protein (the remaining from the dough), syrocki to RUB on a grater, salt and pepper to taste, add butter, mix well.

Take out the dough from the refrigerator, roll out. Put the filling, edge zasiyaet.

And put into the oven, bake at 180-200 degrees until ready.
