Potatoes in the dough and filling made from cream, milk and... fresh and tasty... what you need for the holiday!!!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Tomato paste

    2 tsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Dough: boil the potatoes in salted water, mix with butter, eggs and flour. Knead and put into the form on paper, greased. Make a small bumpers. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes (to make puree a little frozen).

Meanwhile, cut the pepper and tomato, chop the garlic and put all into the pan. Fry for 5 minutes. Then add the mince (the mince first, I cook, I taste more like) and fry until cooked minced meat (if you put raw).

Prepared stuffing spread on the potatoes.

Make the filling: mix milk, cream and tomato paste, pour on the meat. I still rubbed with melted cheese on top. Put in oven heated to 200 degrees, and leave for 40 minutes.
