Cucumbers with cream cheese and red fish
Since 2010 this appetizer was included in pearl a list of the culinary collection in my family. The simplest, fastest and very summery! The combination is simply wonderful! Cook, enjoy!! If you are already on the threshold, this snack is your salvation! Bon appetit, AA.

  • Cucumber

  • Cream cheese

    90 g

  • Salmon

    30 g

  • Basil

    3 piece

-Cucumber washed, cut into small pieces of 3-4 cm. -A teaspoon to remove the core from cucumbers

Fish cut into small pieces, Basil also finely chop. -Mix with cream cheese until smooth. -Spread a small amount of "cheese" masses in each cucumber.
