Salad with rice noodles and shiitake mushroom
Very light, refreshing, sweet salad.

Ingredients

  • Noodles

    50 g

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 can

  • Squid

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Algae

    100 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Tight cut fresh tomato slices not very finely.

Shitake mushrooms cut into strips.

Pre-cooked squid cut into rings.

Break the rice noodles and boil for 3 minutes.

Add algae civit (thin "got the pasta" bright green + conjuct). All gently stir. Prepare the dressing: mix the juice of half a lemon, vegetable oil, soy sauce. Dressed salad. Bon appetit!
