Description

Rolls
I wanted a sweet tea, and to quickly and easily. Ready puff pastry, dried fruits, nuts... Maybe for someone this filling is not new, do not judge strictly! But it was so delicious that after making 1 batch of muffins had to defrost the second pack test.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    1 pack

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Almonds

    1 handful

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Dried apricots

    1 handful

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

step-0
Walnuts and almonds lightly crush the wide side of the knife blade.
step-1
Mix the chopped apricots, raisins (if large, chop them) and nuts.
step-2
For the viscosity of the filling, add a few tablespoons of honey and mix well.
step-3
Layer thawed dough roll out thinner and cut into rectangles cut diagonally to make elongated triangles. Lay the stuffing on the side of the triangle facing acute angle and roll rolls.
step-4
Prepared rolls lay on a baking sheet covered with Bungay baking, brush with egg. Bake according to the instructions on the package. I baked 12 minutes.
step-5
Thought I would get little rolls in one bite, but the dough had risen in the baking process and turned out a neat bun:)
step-6
The finished rolls sprinkle with powdered sugar. As I wrote, the first portion had gone in flight, had to defrost another pack test. The good, the filling was still:) enjoy your tea!
