Cooking
In hot water, add flakes, salt and sugar. Stir and leave to cool to room temperature.
Pour yeast, nuts and seeds. Quickly stir with a spoon. Pour the flour and knead the dough. Add the oil and knead for a short time, without much effort. The dough is slightly sticky. Do not hammer it. Leave in a warm place just for an hour.
Punch down dough and put into a form, pre-greased with vegetable oil. Leave for 20 minutes to rise the dough. Then send in the oven at 190 grams until they are ready.
