Baton pour the milk and leave while you prepare the vegetables.

Vegetables need a good wash and clean. Cut some carrots, peppers and onion into small cubes.

In a heated pan put onion and fry it to a nice transparent (about a minute), add some carrots and peppers. Season with a little salt vegetables, and if you want to add a little oil and fry the vegetables until soft, to the point, yet there will be some easy rustaweli.

Cheese cut into small cubes, you can grate it, then it will be easier to form patties. You can take any of Your favorite cheese.

To make the batter: grind the biscuits and mix with sesame seeds, curry, dill and marjoram, BUT you can also use prepared breadcrumbs, although, of course, homemade crust tastes better. The main thing – the crackers have to do with the freshest of bread, dried in the oven, and not to wait until the bread will pokerstie and only after that to put it on the crackers.

To make the stuffing for meatballs. To do this, mix: sour cream, roasted vegetables, chopped dill and garlic, soaked in milk loaf (the loaf from the milk, pressing is not necessary!!), minced beef, nutmeg. Thoroughly knead the minced meat, lightly beating on the bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

To form 11 small balls.

Each bulb on hand to make the cake, in the center put a bit of cheese and one grape (after the grapes have to pierce with a toothpick in several places, in order cakes better soaked in grape juice).

To form patties and then roll in our Golden breading.

Put patties on a greased lightly oil a baking sheet or other convenient form (I took the shape size in 1/2 of the pan, just all the cakes in it, wonderful fit). Now on each cutlet on top need to put a piece of butter (2-3G) and bake cutlets in oven until Golden brown (I baked at 180 C with the top grill somewhere 30-40 minutes, BUT you can in normal mode "heating from bottom to top").
