Recently showed you a cookbook for Desperate Housewives. As the name implies, this is a recipe from Susan, a simple and easy, just what we need after the holidays. I even tried arugula for the first time, she has a very distinctive bitter taste, but in this appetizer, it is just amazing.

Arugula leaves, rinse and shake dry. The rocket can not be cut - only to tear, but in this recipe, we need a thin tender leaves whole.
