Stole this from Vk. The recipe is very interesting and easy to implement. Pets will appreciate! Yes, and it's always nice to have Breakfast not the usual scrambled eggs, and anything unusual!
Ingredients

Vegetable oil

Salt
-
Tomato
1 slice

Ham

Bread
2 piece

Chicken egg
1 piece
Cooking
Form grease with oil and spread the slices of bread.
Cover it with slices of ham.
Remove the pulp from the second slice and put it on top.
On one edge put a slice of tomato.
In the remaining space fill with egg (had to drain a little protein). Salt, pepper.
Bake at 180C for 25 min!) Bon appetit!!!
