So, take the products.
Spread on slices of bread cream cheese (sparing).
On top of the cheese - jam. Cover with a second piece of toast.
Whisk together egg, cream, vanilla. Well dip the toast. Put it into the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until Golden brown.
Decorate with jam. Served with aromatic coffee.
