Cakes
The filling of these cakes like cheesecake. The combination of soft filling and crispy waffles... mmm.. delicious!!! These cakes I congratulate all of the Cook happy New Year! And thank the wonderful girl Masha (i love the life), which being hundreds of miles away from me supports and helps! Mashul, the first Christmas tree for you!

Ingredients

For the waffle cones: whisk eggs with sugar until the mixture will brighten and will not increase in volume. Continuing to whisk, add the butter. Smeshaem next, gently spoon the flour.

For decoration: half of the chocolate melt, and the second half grate and mix with colored sprinkles. With a brush apply the melted chocolate on ice cream cones and until the chocolate has frozen, roll Christmas trees in the grated chocolate, pressing slightly. For the sprinkles I used a prepared chocolate nibs. I apologize for the fact that this step I didn't photograph. Everything had to be done quickly.
