Description

Curd tart with kiwi and ginger
A recipe from the Internet. Was called pie "Cheesecake with kiwi and ginger", but I totally disagree... What kind of cheesecake is the real CHEESE TART WITH KIWI. But you yourself, reading the description will easily see this. The recipe is a little undermined, because in the preparation there were some problems, and the technology was not spelled out until the end. At least the photo of the cake did not correspond to described in the recipe. The result is a fresh, very fragrant cake. I love cheese cakes, well, anything with myself I can not!!!

In another bowl whisk until fluffy soft butter with sugar. One by one stir in eggs.
step-3
Mix flour mixture into egg mixture, add soda.
step-4
Knead soft, not sticking to hands dough. The recipe was offered 150 g of flour, but this amount of batter I got watery, form did not hold, had to add flour. The finished dough put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, covered with foil.
step-5
Form d 25-26 cm grease with butter and sprinkle it with flour, shaking off excess.
step-6
Roll the dough (knead) into a small pellet, put it into shape and flatten, sculpting high sides.

On the dough to put a circle of parchment paper and pour in dried peas. Put the form in a preheated oven at 180*C for 20 minutes. Then remove the form, remove the beans and paper and return to the oven for another 15 minutes, until slightly browned. Again remove the pan from the oven. When the base has cooled slightly, repeatedly poke it with a toothpick and soak with orange juice.
step-8
While the base is baked, prepare the filling. Here are the products we need. Cottage cheese you can take any, not necessarily expensive mascarpone: Ricotta, Almette, Buko, cheese President (and such there are now)... And if the cheese is good, soft, fat, you can do one of them.
step-9
Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar.
step-10
Then add grated cheese and again how to beat.
step-11
Spread the cream on the basis and smooth.
step-12
On top lay sliced kiwi.
step-13
Return the form with cake in the oven for a few minutes, until the surface is lightly browned. I put under the grill. Ready cake cool slightly in shape, then gently remove and cool completely on wire rack.
