Here's the simplest set of ingredients from which we make our candy. The cooking process is so simple that it easily handled my 10 year old son (I was in the role of artistic Director and photographer).
Curd beat in a blender until creamy and smooth, I don't really like cheesecake felt grainy. But it's a matter of taste, you can simply mash the cheese with a fork. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix everything carefully. Our cheese of the sweets ready.

To form balls. The size of the balls define in taste (we were the size of a walnut). Roll the balls in cocoa. I could not resist a piece of candy made coconut - "girls" - as told by the son.
