My birthday always falls on lent, one time I decided to experiment and make chocolate noodles with orange-caramel sauce. Very unusual and colorful dessert turned out. To prepare fast enough.

Cooking
Prepare the necessary products.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Honey is soluble in hot water. Add to flour and mix.
Add the melted chocolate and make dough.
The dough will roll into a ball, put it in a bag and leave for 30 minutes.

Cut the dough into strips and leave to dry noodles.
Oranges clean, cut into slices, removing well white streaks, part cut into small pieces, from half an orange and squeeze the juice.
Prepare the sauce. In a pan pour a teaspoon of oil, add brown sugar.
Pour juice, mix up and cook for a bit stirring occasionally.
Add chopped orange and cook stirring until thick.
Once the sauce starts to thicken, add the orange slices, lightly fry them on both sides.
Boil noodles in large quantity of water for 3-4 minutes until al dente.
Put the noodles to the water glass.
Lay the noodles on kremanku.
Will priyem powdered sugar. And place slices of orange.
Garnish with orange zest.
