Cooking
The dough I cook "by eye". About 1 Cup of flour, couple tbsp oil, a pinch of salt - mix well. Then pour the warm milk (don't know how much) to samesies soft dough. Knead and put in a warm place for half an hour to come.
Mushrooms and garlic peel and cut into thin slices.
Melt 1 tbsp butter and sauté mushrooms with garlic until tender, 7 minutes.
Add broccoli, pour a little water, cover the pan and simmer for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
From asparagus to break off the bottom tough part (about 1/4 of the trunk), and the remaining pieces to tie an elastic band and put it in a tall, narrow container with boiling, salted water with the tops upwards. Stalks of asparagus should be submerged in water to 3/4 height. Cooking thin stems 2.5 minutes, a thick - 3-4 minutes. Then immediately put the stems in a bowl of ice water.
Cut off the top for decoration, the rest cut into slices.
Oh, forgot to say that some beautiful slices of mushrooms should be left for / fairy party / lightly fry them.
Now prepare the white sauce. The remaining melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Pour in the milk, stirring well each time. Remove from heat, add half of the grated mozzarella and half of grated Parmesan.
Coming up the dough in the form and to stretch hands across the surface, making the rim.
Spread the vegetable mixture with mushrooms.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Put the beautiful pieces of asparagus, mushrooms and broccoli.
Bake at 190*C until just brown!
The pizza is ready! And my favorite ready to eat!!!
