Cooking

step-0
Wash and dry chicken legs.
step-1
To prepare the marinade. Marinade for chicken legs I used soy sauce marinade Teriyaki TM Kikkoman.
step-2
Skip the garlic through a garlic crusher or finely chop and add to the marinade. Add corn oil, jam and vinegar. Stir the marinade with a fork until smooth.
step-3
Prepare a suitable container, thoroughly coat chicken with marinade, cover and put into the refrigerator.
step-4
I fried chicken legs in 2 days, but you can fry and after a couple of hours, then don't put them in the fridge. Of course, you can bake these chicken legs in the oven in the package or on the grill, but I decided to saute them in a pan in melted butter. If you do not like the taste of roasted garlic, you can wipe the legs with a napkin. Fry the chicken legs skin-side down, then flip, cover and simmer until tender.
step-5
While chicken legs are cooked, prepare the garnish. I cut up the iceberg, put on a dish. Added cheese and green onions.
step-6
Since neither the mother nor the child not eat the skin, I deleted it with ready-made legs and lightly roasted legs to blush. Put ready chicken on iceberg lettuce, sprinkled with chopped green onion and pomegranate seeds. Bon appetit!
