Cooking
Onion peel and cut into half rings.
In the bowl multivarki pour 1 tbsp oil and onion. Season with salt and pepper, add allspice and Bay leaf and stir. Pour 50 ml of water.
Gut the mackerel, remove head and tail, wash. Cut into pieces about 2 cm thick.
Mackerel spread on the onions, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with all the oil. Close the lid and put the program BAKING for 30 minutes.
