Very easy to prepare and incredibly fresh taste of this cake will delight all the guests and household. This cake I make when, as the saying goes suddenly descended guests, or when you want to treat yourself and friends are incredibly delicious dessert!!!

Cooking
4 eggs and sugar vzbit in a solid foam, 7-10 minutes. Add 1 Cup of flour, mix gently by hand (with a minimum of movements) to settled the bubbles generated during mixing depends on the lightness of our biscuit. Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes, the oven during baking not open!!!

Serve cake immediately, or let stand for a bit in the fridge. Filling the cake turns out very juicy, with a rich taste and aroma of berries. Here our the cake looks in the cut. Bon appetit!!!
