Beet salad with marinated mushrooms and nuts
Salad for lent. I made vegetable mayonnaise, but if someone no mayonnaise in the post is unacceptable, it can be replaced with vegetable oil (olive oil or sunflower oil with smell). I tried the mayonnaise, and butter, and both to me were equally delicious.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Walnuts

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Pre-boiled beets cut into not very small cubes.

Slice the mushrooms (drain them pre-fluid). I had medium-sized mushrooms, so I cut it into 4 pieces.

Add the chopped herbs and walnuts.

Salt, pepper - to taste. Mayonnaise, mustard. If You prefer butter, then just replace the mayonnaise in the oil, it only need to take a little less.

Stir. The salad is ready!

Spread on a plate, decorate and serve.
