Potatoes Swiss in the microwave
Delicious, hearty, homemade meal in 15 minutes thanks to the microwave. Will pleasantly surprise your guests and family.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Dill

  • Basil

Cooking

Potatoes wash, peel, cut into thin circles, put in a bowl for microwave oven, cover and put in microwave for 4 minutes on full power (I have 800 watts).

Take cream, eggs, grate cheese, put salt, dry dill and Basil. Can take fresh dill or any fresh herbs, but I dry dill seems to be more fragrant. All whisk.

Take out from microwave the potatoes, pour omletes mixture, put the top pieces of butter. Again, put in microwave (cover with a lid) and bring to readiness for another 8 minutes on full power.

Get ready potatoes from the microwave oven.

Sprinkle with freshly-ground mixture of peppers, herbs and served hot immediately. Bon appetit!
