Rolls stuffed with cheese, carrots and onions! First tried this dish in Western Ukraine, when I visited with relatives. Now cook it for all holidays. Success full!!! Simple and delicious!

It is a necessary products. Recipe pancakes do not write so as to "Cook" a huge number of them (choose what like), the main thing - the pancakes should not be thick. Carrots and cheese to RUB on a grater, chop the garlic.
Carrots, cheese, garlic and mayonnaise mix and spread on pancake.
Collapsible roll very tightly and in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Take out and cut. ALL :)!
