Description

Juicy chocolate manna with halva
Feast on the succulent chocolate manna from melting and fragrant paste inside! However, a prescription is not invented by me, but the "Cook" is, unfortunately, missing. So I decided to fill this gap... Bon appetit ;)

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower halva

    170 g

Cooking

step-0
In principle, almost all in the normal manna =) Pre-soak semolina in yogurt.
step-1
Whisk the softened margarine with sugar and vanilla, add eggs and whisk again.
step-2
Swollen semolina introduced into our mixture and mix well.
step-3
Now sift in pastry flour with baking powder, salt and cocoa. Knead the dough: it should be sparse, well, you know, as in a classical manna ;)
step-4
Paste a cut or break in small pieces. Then there are several options for your choice: add the paste now and stir evenly, or pour out a portion of dough into shape, spread the filling, cover with second half. But the entire mixture to spread and "drown" in it the pieces of paste. One way or another, but it should be in the test, and it is in the form =)
step-5
Bake manna at 180˚C for about an hour. (Of course, it all depends on Your oven).
step-6
The finished cake may be lightly impregnated (I mixed a couple tablespoons of milk and liqueur and lightly greased the top to dry). Let cool and eat! Manna, it turns out juicy, with a sunflower scent. The very same holds halva and turns into a kind of cream! So don't be alarmed photo is not soggy pieces, this halva! Enjoy! Fragrant You hanging!
