Berry gratin
French is very tender and tasty, not sugary dessert for those who dream about the summer

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Berry

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Cookies

    1 piece

Bring almost to a boil the milk with the vanilla sugar, until it is completely dissolved (vanilla sugar,of course), and allow to cool for 10 minutes

Meanwhile, separate egg yolks and whites (they do that to clean the refrigerator). Whip the egg yolks with 2 tbsp of sugar, add the flour and mix well until smooth.

To combine the warm milk with the mixture and put it on the fire, cooking for about 5 minutes, until the mixture slightly thickens (stirring continuously to obtain a homogeneous mass).

Beat the remaining whites until resistant foam (up to the peaks), gradually domovea remaining sugar (1 tablespoon).

A few drops of lemon juice to add to the resulting custard, then gently connect the beaten egg whites with custard.

Berries to sort shapes.

Gently pour the cream. Optional top crumble biscuits.

Cook in the oven at 200 degrees. to the delicious Browning of the crust.

You can eat both hot and cold. Hot very bright berry flavor, in a cool well resembles vanilla-ice-cream sundaes.
