Scottish dessert of
Quick and delicious dessert of traditional Scottish foods - oatmeal and whisky, cream and raspberries. Invigorating especially in the morning. Cranachan with raspberries - the name of the original.

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    300 g

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Whiskey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

If raspberries are frozen, defrost it in advance.

Put oat flakes on a dry pan, fry on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes, until the color changes. Then add brown sugar, mix well. When the sugar melts, remove the pan from the fire, stir the cereal again and allow to cool.

Whip cream, add honey, whiskey and 2/3 oatmeal flakes, mix gently. Carefully enter the raspberries, leaving a few berries for decoration.

On the bottom of the glass put a few raspberries, sprinkle the cream. Decorate with remaining cereal and berries.
