Pork ribs in soy sauce in Korean
Fried pork chops are liked by many peoples of the world. Today I propose you a version of this wonderful dish as it is prepared in Korea. It may not be the typical dish of Korea, but very acceptable for the Russian people. And I get very, very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Granulated sugar

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Pepper

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Sesame

Ribs wash and chop the pieces with a length of 7-8 cm.

In skillet, heat oil and put the ribs so that they do not touch each other, so that the meat remained juicy.

Fry the ribs until Golden brown.

Add to ribs, sugar and soy sauce, simmer for 3-5 minutes. Pour the boiling broth and cook until thick.

Pepper cut into small dice.

Green onions finely chop.

Add to the pan with the ribs sweet pepper, simmer for 5 minutes, then add green onions and chopped garlic. Pour in sesame oil. Mix well, season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds with fresh vegetables and boiled rice.
