Cooking

step-0
Let's start with the basics. Flour mixed with salt, add cold butter, rosemary leaves and chop with a knife or blender into crumbs.
step-1
Add the egg and a little ice water if needed (I needed 1 tbsp at a time) the Dough should gather into a ball. Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
step-2
Remove dough from the fridge, quickly roll out and place in a greased form. Prick it with a fork and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes.
step-3
Heat the honey to a liquid state.
step-4
To get the form with the dough from the oven. Grease the dough with honey.
step-5
Apricot cut into slices.
step-6
Distribute the slices of apricot on the base and if you still have the honey, spread it over the apricots. Break the rosemary leaves and crush them with sugar, I shredded in a blender.
step-7
Sprinkle tart with rosemary sugar. Place in oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
step-8
Everything is ready, let's eat!!!
