Description
Wonderful buns, fragrant, homemade, the way I like them. For the idea thanks fleur_de_cassie with LJ, but with my changes due to the lack of whole wheat flour.

Cooking
Mix the flour with bran. Dry yeast can, in principle, immediately mix with the flour and kneading the dough. And you can mix the yeast with 1 tsp sugar and a small amount of warm water, stir and leave for 10 minutes. Add the flour and the remaining sugar. To do in the center of the bowl, deepening pour water with yeast and the remaining water. Knead the dough and knead it for 10 minutes, adding the butter and salt. Roll the dough into a ball, put in oiled large bowl, roll dough ball in oil. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave for an hour or more, until the dough will double.
Punch down the risen dough lightly knead and divide into 8 equal parts.
Formed into rolls, put on with paper baking sheet (of paper oil). The rolls can be shaped in any form. Don't forget to leave some distance between the rolls. Cover and simmer for 35-40 minutes. Grease the biscuits with butter or cream, or egg yolk with milk and lightly sprinkle bran.
Send the buns in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes or until tender.
Very tasty with butter, cheese, and just so! BON APPETIT!!!
