Very delicious cake that does not require much effort, but a lot of fun!!!

Whisk the chocolate cream: butter soften and mix up with a wooden spoon or spatula, add about 10 tbsp of condensed milk (try to taste) and 1 tsp cocoa. All will beat into a soft mousse (I churned by hand, not difficult). Will make a white cream, no cocoa (just butter and condensed milk).

Put the cake on a dish (I put the first chocolate) with cream (I smeared chocolate), cherries, cut in half and spread on cream, nuts mash (I Melchia in a blender) and sprinkle on top. Next, take 1 tablespoon of sugar, put 2-3 drops of lemon juice, about 1 tsp of boiled water and hold over a burning burner until the sugar becomes brown color (burnt sugar) and quickly pour on the cake.

Then cover with vanilla cake with white cream and also put halved cherries, nuts and burnt sugar, and continue so to the last of the cake. It turns out 6-storey cake.

Decorate the cake to taste. My recipe: a layer of cream sprinkled with ground walnuts, poured, burnt sugar and cherry "syrup", sprinkled with grated chocolate (worn on a coarse grater). Cherry syrup: the juice left from the cherries, put on the stove, add sugar and cook until thick. On the sides of the greased cake cream: in a blender grind up the remaining handful of cherries and walnuts, mixed it all with the remnants of the cream and well missed side.

Cake everyone liked it, everyone was happy!!! Cream cakes liberally lubricate, it will be enough for the whole cake. After cooking, refrigerate for a few hours to soak. Bon appetit!!!
