Cream cheese with pickled cucumber
I love cottage cheese with fillers. Especially love the greens and greens and marinated cucumbers. I have always bought the tub with this cheese. And then decided it was better to cook the cheese itself. Now do so.

  • Cheese

  • Sour cream

    40 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 sprig

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix thoroughly with sour cream.

Two cucumber RUB on a grater or in a meat grinder. Mix with cottage cheese.

Finely chop the dill and add to cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle with seasoning, stir. If desired, a little salt, it's delicious and so.
