Cooking
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix thoroughly with sour cream.
Two cucumber RUB on a grater or in a meat grinder. Mix with cottage cheese.
Finely chop the dill and add to cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle with seasoning, stir. If desired, a little salt, it's delicious and so.
Our cottage cheese is ready. It can be spread on toast or put in the tartlets. And I love eating it just with a spoon without anything. Join us!
