Quick to prepare salad with beef liver.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    0.5 kg

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Beef liver, boil 15-20 minutes, cool, remove the film and cut into strips.

Onion cut into half rings, carrots to grate.

Fry in vegetable oil onions and carrots until Golden brown, allow to cool.
