Cooking
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Boil in a saucepan with 3 cups of water and add to boiling water 2 tbsp Flaxseed. Reduce the heat to low and leave to languish under cover for 30 minutes. Note: the flax seed tends to "run away", so the fire really needs to be minimal, the cover can just open up, and vigilantly look out! After 30 minutes turn off the fire and give the jelly to cool for 10 minutes. Now strain the pudding through a mesh colander, add 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp (40 g) of honey and stir thoroughly.
