Quite an interesting combination of ingredients for hot meals, but nevertheless, delicious. And, equally important, useful. In childhood/adolescence, I've collected a series of culinary books (such large-scale, in-the-box). This recipe comes from the vegetarian issue.

Cooking
Cut the beetroot into cubes, beans and raisins washed.
In a pan heat oil, put the beets and fry for a few minutes. Then topped up with water to barely cover the beets, pour the raisins, salt and stew until soft beet lover (I love all vegetables are not "in mess", but nice, soft pohrustyvanie). Meanwhile, cut greens and garlic. Best suited cilantro, but if you don't like and don't eat, you can use parsley. But I strongly advise it cilantro.
When the beets have cooked and water has evaporated, add beans, warmed for a few minutes. Then add the garlic, herbs and black pepper, turn off the stove, stir and allow to rest for a couple minutes.
