Description
The combination of ordinary ingredients - what could be simpler: fish and chips. But! A method of supplying meals interesting and, I think, suitable even for the holiday table, if you want to impress your guests.

Cooking
Salmon steak weighing approximately 400 g to clean from skin, remove seeds. Divided into 2 halves. Then each half with a sharp knife lengthwise (parallel to the skin) cut another 2 pieces - you will get stripes, of which we are going to do roll. If you are using a fillet on the skin - even easier. Just cut off the skin and divide it into similar parts.
Fish season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Optionally, you can add more spices for fish.
Take 4 potatoes. It is good to wash...
... and cut out each plate with approximately the same square the top and bottom (preferably from the Central part). Sandpaper to clean not necessarily. It will be the basis on which we will bake our fish. The rest of the pieces of potato you can attach then in another dish.
Cut 4 squares of baking paper measuring approximately 15X15 cm to Grease them with vegetable oil.
Prepared potato plate with salt on both sides and lay on prepared paper.
Now back to our fish. Take the mozzarella, cut it into plates and put on the prepared strips of fish.
Roll the fish with mozzarella rolls...
... and set on the potato bar. To do with all the fish pieces and potatoes.
Next will prepare our dish to bake. Take the foil and prepare 4 pieces about 30x30 cm (important larger than the size of paper squares). Put 1 of these pieces on the table. Put on top of our rolls with prepared potatoes and fish.
Now wrap. Start with paper: raised edges, as if forming the cask.
Then lift the edges of the foil, obvorachivany paper. Paper is needed here, in order to foil nothing stuck and then nicely separated from our design for baking. If you think that no paper will be fine, you can remove it, just put the potatoes on the oiled foil. But I have to foil all the time and tries to stick. After we wrapped the foil, pierce all our design bamboo skewer to grab the edge of the fish rolls. This extra touch is needed to form the products preserved. Sorry, didn't take a picture of this step. But one of the following photos will see everything.
To prepare similarly, the remaining portions of food. Transfer to the baking sheet. Close the pastry with foil and send in preheated oven. (By the way, in this photo in all its glory seen bamboo skewers.) Cooking time depends on how quickly the cooked potatoes. At least 30 min. If you are used to thermally process the fish less time, you can make a knight's move and pre-boil the potatoes.
Closer to the second half-time baking foil to reveal and send the pan back in the oven.
After the time of baking to release the fish-potato towers from paper, foil and skewers. Garnish with greens. Bon appetit!
