Pancakes - this is the Ukrainian dish. I'm in Ukraine is completely irrelevant except that I love their pancakes. They can be with different fillings and different sauces. Usually just with cream. But today I offer you a variant with fish. I hope you like it as much as all of us who ate them today. Will continue to cook and eat.

Boil the fish, cool and remove bones. Peel the potatoes, cover with water. Finely chop the dill. To cook eggs, sour cream and vegetable oil.

Now all you need to do quickly: potatoes to grate, salt and squeeze the juice. Immediately put into it 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix well. The cream is put mainly to potatoes not darkened. Now you can relax and slowly do the rest. Put in the potatoes two raw eggs, finely chopped dill and boiled fish and two tbsp flour. Mix everything into a homogeneous mass, to try and add if needed salt and pepper. Pour into the pan vegetable oil, heat it and fry our pancakes. Who loves rosy, then longer, who cares about their health, then fry a little bit, but then will need then is a little in the oven or microwave, because in the middle they can be eaten raw. Fry on Rast. oil onions and mushrooms. Add 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp flour. Dilute with boiled water and a little stew until thick. The sauce can be punched in a blender and serve.
