Description

Saltimboca Turkey
The name of this dish translates from Italian language well - "jumps in the mouth". Jumping directly from the frying pan and the mouth does not mind, because it is so tasty, though hot. Preparing the Turkey, and Turkey for Catholics a cult dish. Of all the herbs to the Turkey better suited to the sage.

Cooking

step-0
This is really very delicious dishes I have prepared quite a mundane set of products. Turkey breast in four slices of chilled scallops.
step-1
Each piece cut the fillet lengthwise into two pieces to "tonicity" approximately half an inch.
step-2
Covered the fillets folded in half with plastic wrap and lightly beat off.
step-3
Each piece salt and pepper and season with dry sage on either side.
step-4
Put on each fillet a thin strip of leek, turned into a mini roll and wrapped with a slice of bacon. Just in case I chop off a wooden toothpick in each roll.
step-5
Warmed up in a frying pan olive oil and fry the rolls on all sides until Golden brown over high heat. During the roasting process removed the toothpick.
step-6
Reduce the heat to medium, poured into the pan a little less than a quarter Cup of water and continued cooking for another 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally rolls.
step-7
Saltimboca served hot with a green salad. I chose arugula. Very tasty, help yourself!
