Delicious and easy to prepare recipe. The dough is soft and sandy, and the pie is very juicy.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    18 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 tsp

  • Fruit

    0.5 kg

  • Margarine

    1 pack

Apple pie can only be done with apples (it's a standard recipe), and you like me to add any berries or fruits (very good with cherry). Good luck! So, let's start. First you have to grind the flour, baking powder and margarine. I used margarine labor on a large grater, I feel lighter.

Beat eggs with sugar until white foam, then mix all ingredients together and knead quite thick dough (it should stick to the hands).

Separate 1/3 of dough and mix it a little bit more flour (2-3 tbsp). The two pieces of dough put in the fridge not less than 2 hours (can be overnight).

Protiven grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs. On the bottom lay (rather stretch) the large piece of dough and put on it the fruit or berries, I used apples and apricots. The fruit is better not cut very small pieces.

The second piece of dough to RUB on a large grater over the fruit (do not squeeze). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
