Gozleme
Gozleme (Gezleme) Is a Turkish flat bread with cheese and herbs inside. Very original and at the same time a simple dish. Definitely, would recommend!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Water

    100 g

  • Spices

  • Cheese

    1 cup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

Knead a simple dough of flour, water and salt (I added black pepper - we like spicy). Knead the dough until the consistency will make it clear that it is ready for rolling.

I noticed the description of this recipe on the forum travel companies, there's just cited a sample list of ingredients without quantities, I picked up as I liked. This amount of dough I took 100 g of cottage cheese, measured out 100 g of ordinary glass.

Mix cottage cheese with dill (you can of course add any other greens) + onions + milk (for richness toppings) + salt and spices to your taste (I have the same black pepper ground and dry ground ginger). (ginger, I did not specify in the ingredients, since it is optional)

Roll out the dough, spread the stuffing and turn "envelope", (that's the word for the sport mentioned in the description of this dish in the original) - but everyone has their own idea on the envelope.

And any other envelopes))) Fry in a pan on any kind of fat, I fried in vegetable oil, you can, just not very much.

The result is a very juicy, spicy and delicious. From the above quantity of ingredients is obtained only 6 small "haslemere" - exactly to eat once, of course this looks yummy can you cook with the stock))) But you can also fry "haslemere" large size, but I had a little cheese, I decided to do a little, all were satisfied)))
