Original, maximally repeated my recipe for onion quiche from Frau Elsa, I recorded after a trip to Germany...

I'm not a great connoisseur of the German language, but as I understand from the words of Frau Elsa, Luca pot pie is never too much... And onion pie (let's call him) is a true lifesaver for any hostess. Onion pie is prepared with any dough: puff, yeast, yogurt, and even shortbread biscuit. As a filling or use green onions, leeks.

We will prepare totally on your test. Cook products to the test. A small digression: Russia Pies baked since ancient times. While preparing the cake, let's prepare the filling. As onion pie, it is the most unpleasant part of this Overture. But, it is true, then it kompensiruet taste. Cut the onion into half rings.

Leeks - rings, about a centimeter. A small digression... Additive to the filling can serve with slices of boiled chicken, smoked bacon, cheese, olives and anchovies, herring and boiled eggs, apples and walnuts, peanuts and fried mushrooms, potatoes, greens....

Start to fry onion, bring to readiness and add the leeks and garlic, spices on the run. A small digression... Spices added to the onion, can instantly change the taste of the dish: cumin will add a spicy touch, red paprika spice grated horseradish will intensify the aroma, black or Cayenne pepper will set off an onion smell.
