Fig tree
My cake "FIG TREE" I made with dried figs, but I think the very idea to translate and with cherries, fresh apricots (soon the season!!!)...

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Yeast

    2.5 tsp

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Butter

  • Figs

    1 pack

Cooking

In the bucket of a bread machine put flour, milk + water in the ratio 1:1, egg, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, yeast and put the appropriate x/p the program "dough".

Once the dough is ready, divide it into 2 parts.

From one part blind 5 harnesses.

Another part of velvety in the circle.

From harnesses to weave a braid.

Put the braid in a circle thus, to give two parts of the test in the form of a tree.

Using a kitchen scissors to the ends of the bundles to form "branches".

Make indentations on the surface of the cake, fill them with a little sugar, place the figs.

Put the pie on the delay.

Then brush egg whites on top of the figs to put small pieces of butter.

Bake in preheated oven at T-180* until tender.
