Cooking

step-0
Vegetables (cabbage, carrots, potatoes, garlic) grind in a food processor on a fine grater). Vegetable juice to pour out. Season the mince with salt, pepper, add semolina and mix well. Optionally, you can add vegetable meat olive oil. Potatoes, I used boiled, but raw. With boiled potato patties are more tender.
step-1
Shape the cutlets. The breading made from wheat semolina and ground almonds.
step-2
Burgers fried on low heat in a frying pan dry cooker. Holes in the center of the pan, the effect turned out steamers. Fry in a normal frying pan. The second side of patties fried under the hood.
step-3
The burgers turned out rosy, juicy and soft.
step-4
Burgers on lettuce with Basil (which is already the second year growing on my window), on top sprinkled with chopped green onions.
step-5
Unfortunately, in the context of the cutlet did not have time to photograph.
step-6
All a pleasant appetite!!!
