To turn on the oven (I have gas, without a thermometer, put in the average or slightly weaker than average, fire). Butter cut into pieces, put into a metal bowl and put on low heat to melt. Meanwhile, in another bowl break 2 eggs, add sugar, mix well. Then, add sour cream (I take store, in a package of 100-150 g.), stir. Add the semolina, mix well. Melted butter to pour in the received weight mix. Sift the flour, mix well. The batter is not too runny but not too thick. About like thick cream.
Add in the dough vanilla or soda, slaked vinegar. Pour the batter into the form, previously greased, and put in the oven for about 30 minutes until Golden brown. The cake is ready! Bon appetit!
