Cooking
Choose the most beautiful peaches (I'm in the garden, but it is possible in the market or on the market).
Collect Cup strawberries (you can substitute other berries, fresh or ice cream).
Peaches cut in half, remove the seeds. You can boil for a few minutes in a sugar syrup with added citric acid, but I used the mode Combi grill in microwave a few minutes until soft consistency, but so that they are not falling apart (if peaches are not very sweet, you need to sprinkle lightly with sugar). Juice, which will let the peaches, pour into a Cup, add water if needed (should be about 4 tablespoons) to heat and dissolve in it a spoonful of instant gelatin, allow to cool.
Strawberries put in a bowl and pour the cooked jelly (I used a ready packet of strawberry Jell-o, liquids take less than what is listed (I got 250 instead of 400 ml). Nuts (I had a mixture of walnuts and almonds a little) and raisins chop (blender), add honey, stir well.
It is better to use a split form, but I in the field everything turned out fine and normal, just cover it with cling film. From frozen strawberry Jell-o teaspoon cut balls and put them in random order, separated by the candy prepared with wet hands of our raisin-nut mix.
Cream whipped with vanilla sugar, I usually did not add, as jelly, peaches, and especially candy and so very sweet (in order to avoid cloying) and enter the neat gelatin. Half pour on the beads, then I poured all the trim from the strawberry Jell-o, not to disappear, again laid out in the abstract layer of candy and jelly, filled the second half of the cream.
On top put peaches, decorated with chocolate coins and sent in the fridge for 2 hours.
