Chicken roll
I love the Breakfast sandwich with sausage, but it's so bad! So I decided to make a roll

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 kg

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Spices

Cooking

Chicken meat trimmed from bones, add spices

Add the soy sauce and put in the fridge for 4 hours

Merge odd (not soaked) sauce, add gelatin

The meat is stacked in an elastic bandage (very tight)

Wrap in foil and bake it in the oven for 2 hours at a temperature of 170 degrees

Let cool and refrigerate. Shelf life when stored in the refrigerator for 3 days, but I eat one!
